I agree with the rest. If you are planning to take youtube seriously, good for you. I'm sure your 2 subscribers will take you very far. Stop turning down the offers you get. The first avatar that was made for you looked good. And you said it was bad. But you still wanted it because you couldn't do it on your own, right?
If you want to be a YouTuber, then don't turn people down.
This is one reason why your channel won't ever become successful, even though you put a lot of effort into it.
If you put a lot of people down, loads of people will stop watching, please don't be a particular -snip-.

Stop being ungrateful and just take what you can get. As you get bigger, more artist will give you there work.

Make your own. If you dont like what others offer (and frankly, they've offered quite a lot for what usually goes into this sort of thing...), dont be critical and go make your own.

If you are in it "to become big" or "in it for the money", SEO tecniques should help you with the latter (whether it be selling or advertising a product/website), and a bunch of unoriginal gameplays slapped together isn't going to help. It would be better to upload original and fun content that you enjoy making and not just expect to become some huge YouTuber who "everyone knows", however.
Edit: Also, if you are "in it for the money" as you say, at least put some sort of investment into this and hire a real artist.
