Looking For A Forge Mod

I was wondering if there is any forge mods out their that was based on evolving through time like medieval to modern with different villages that depend on you to allow them to evolve and create empires, etc. And you can build stuff yourself just around villages, with bandits that can raid you village and etc... So is there a mod like this already if not I hope they it gave you modders and ideal!
