Looking for a partner

I have recently opened a shop on the forums creating banners and avatars. Anyway it is going great. I have over 35 responses in 12 hours, and I have put in a lot of work. Although I have knocked out quite a few things, I do need some help. I am looking for someone who is willing to help me with some of the projects.

What I am looking for is someone who knows photoshop and has access to it, is able to efficiently and properly animate, use major tools, and create stunning images. If you want to help, please fill out the application below.

What editing program do you use?
Are you able to animate images using simple gif format?
Are you able to use the tools available to create images from scratch?
Do you have any examples of your work you can show me?
How many images per day can you put out?
Do you have skype? If not, what program do you use for chat?
