Looking For A Plugin Dev!

Hey, this is going to be fairly short!
What I am looking for right now is 1 experienced plugin dev, I am not going to say what I am looking for because I am looking for such a wide range of different ones to be made. Right now I am only looking to get advice on what is/is not possible.
In the near future I am going to be looking for 2 experienced devs who can work closely to create new plugins and maintain/update them often!
