Looking for a plugin / Developer

Hi, I own a newer server and I’m looking for a plugin. The plugin I would like to be created: A plugin that uses group manager if possible, I want it so I can have a user can have 2 prefixes in his name and be in 2 groups. I would like it so the user when they first join there name would look like this [ingamerank] Name: Chat, but I would like it so they can rankup from a list of rank I can config. But if the user donates there name would look like this [DonorRank][IngameRank] Name: Chat. And when they upgrade they don’t lose there donor rank or the prefix you get when donating. I understand this is confusing if you have any question send me a message back.
