Yes I have a skype, my name is Starbuck Johnson and my username for skype and minecraft is modwizcode. I have lots of experience (Scavenger, etc) and know enough to make any plugin within the limits of bukkit.
What custom plugins are you talking about? i.e what would you want to have for a plugin?
