As i am the only one higher level than 2 i would be happy to make one for you. I am good at building and designing. I always go for fashionable so you would get a good spawn and i would only request you give me mod or admin.
Just because you are a higher lvl doesn't mean you are better than anyone
I have played this game since alpha. I think that i would be a good choice. I am a reliable person. And haven't you ever heard of people abusing their powers? If someone is a level one, hasn't submitted anything, AND doesnt have a profile picture, i usually wouldnt trust them. Common knowledge my friend.

We have voxel sniper and World Edit. What we'd like in the spawn is a huge tree in the center, sort of like as a center piece. I run a factions, McMmo server with about 40-50 people on at a time. Its an anarchy server meaning griefing is allowed. Could you guys possibly build some type of builds that correspond with that type of server? All we need is a nice looking spawn area, with some buildings for Donation info, Rules, teleporters, and more.
First 10 people to join and build will be rewarded, after that server will be locked.

If you read the pmc rules, you are not allowed to actually pay money for services of any sort. You could always pay with staff?

You shouldn't pay for a spawn... there a plenty of talented builders everywhere who do it for FREE.
