The program is obviously Mine-imator, which is a program used to create Minecraft animations, but is commonly used for YouTube stuffs. I used Mine-imator to make my profile picture.
As for the picture, it kind of made me sad. It's not even a creeper being killed, and the background just doesn't flow with the main graphic. Not to mention, the background is from google images.

You do have room to improve. The one you made for builderskinner is OK it's not GOOD or PERFECT but it is OK. Ok is good.
