Right now i have a pirate themed server and was wondering if someone can make a custom pirate plugin, maybe a simple one where a rank can use a pirate piston...just like in the pirate days..

I need a Developer for my server.
Request plugins on the Bukkit Forums. I'm pretty sure standalone devs won't be looking for work on PMC.

No offense, but if you really want a modder to co-operate with you, let alone consider your idea you should really spend a bit more time thinking what you want and explaining it

With this idea you have posted all i'm getting is that you want a mod that:
-Has a ranking of players
-a rank called 'pirate'
-only people who are of 'pirate' rank can use the 'pirate piston'
However you must keep in mind that i have no clue what a 'pirate piston' is, or what it's point is. No one will be able to create a mod off of this if they don't know what it means!
If you are careful to explain what you have an idea for, people would be glad to help! modding is fun, but ideas are sometimes hard to find.
