Hi,
I'm willing to create you or your server a simple website. I'm very good with HTML, CSS, Javascript (and JQuery) along with many web frameworks and several javascript plugins. This means I can design you a website exactly the way you want it. If you have something in mind and it is not impossible, I can make it.
I am also quite skilled at server-side development having a strong programming background with C++, C#, Java and Python I am up to date with the Django framework and I've played around with PHP. This means that if you want something like a contact form or a small blog I can create it.
I am also willing to set your website up with a CMS, this means you can log in as an administrator and edit parts of your website. Alternatively you can just contact me asking for something to be changed and I'll do that for you in 2 days.
If you are worried about hosting, you don't have to be. I have experience with both paid and free hosts and I can provide you with advice if you decide to not go for the host I suggest (which is www.heroku.com).
If you want to have access to the code of your website I can upload it to github so that you can have a look at how it works.
