So, let me get this straight. I can't make a server, you will make one for me. If you don't port forward, or use hamachi, so how can anyone get in? Also, will I be op? I also want a private server, but the person I wanna share it with, has a pretty crappy connection, as do I, so will I be able to join well? Also, how do I change maps? Would I contact you? Or could I manage it myself. I have a lot of questions, I'm sorry.
You're not understanding what he's trying to say. He means he will set up the config files and stuff so all you have to do is run and....Boom its working

there not hosting the server at all. They are just giving you a Preloaded bukkit folder of what you ask for so that you dont have to set anything up. You are still running the server like normal. They are not running it.
