Minecraft Server Lobby/Server help

So I need a lobby for my MC Server. I will tell you the IP if you agree to do so, must be good at building and worldedit is in the server. Also, I have a few plugins I like but don't understand how to use them, if you do great! Thanks guys! Oh and if you help you get free admin/op if you promise not to abuse powers
