Mod/datapack request

can someone please PLEASE make a mod/datapack
of a luckyblock?
or normal fireballs that when you right click a fireball it flyes like a snowball? (optional explotion)
or new cool mobs, rubies and a heaven portal?
or all of them in one mod for 1.13, 1.14?
please start working on it, its probably going to be the best mod ever
ill be the first one to download and diamondtag_faces
