Naruto/Ninja

Is there any texture packs out there that fully give the impression you are in the Naruto Universe? I have seen some ninja ones that have a few cool aspects, but are mostly default texture. And the same thing seems to be happening in the Naruto texture packs I have seen.

I'd love to make my own Naruto texture pack, but when it comes to making artwork I SUCK. If someone was willing to do the drawing, I would help give them ideas for the different blocks and items, so it's not a one person project.
