What kind of Mod are you looking for? You can do most things with Mcreator if you know how
MCreator is incapable of creating decent mods. I don't suggest using it.
I'ts for factions, to help with making g-sets like it will automatically throw out/tinker the bad books (custom enchants).
Use the plugin. Otherwise the clients and the host will need to get the mod before they can play
