Hello PMC. I have an interesting offer.
My server FloobCraft needs a launcher for its mods. I don't want to set it up on the
technic launcher because that complicates things. Also it is more attractive to have a custom launcher.
Anyway, I am willing to pay a team of developers a small sum of cash to fix up a decent launcher.

Also on a sidenote if anyone can make websites I am also interested.

I Can make you a website, However i would not like to pay for the domain and hosting, As this is does not tie in with the website design / coding, it is infact your duty to provide hosting / a domain for developers.

I can make a website with a good URL like thefanbase or something. It may take money, so if you could pay to cover costs it would be greatly appriciated
