I need a plugin! (And I will be checking the sourcecode)
Name: MagicConch
What I want: The magic conch from spongebob.

- Conch Must Be Nether Quartz
- Must have a permission system (even if extremely basic)
- Conch must reply:- Yes, no, maybe, maybe someday and nothing
- To get the conch to reply, requires a right click or a /pull (or something along the lines)
- Doesn't need a config (although the ability to change colours would be cool)

Ideas for commands: Either /pull (to pull the string) or right click
Ideas for permissions: conch.use
When I'd like it by: Asap.
