Need plugin coder!

Hey all, so for about 5 months I've been wanting to do a PVP plugin but I don't have anyone to code it. I have built the maps and spawn and everything for it but I need your help. The server isn't up because it is primarily the plugin for the servers. It's a bit complicated but if you are paid please try to reason with me for I am broke.
