can anyone make one for me? i cant figure it out and i cant hire a server or whatever costs money

use no-ip and you can delete hamachi but you still need to port forward (google it). your friends don't need the client to. only you should have it. if you need only one address you can get along with their free account.
you need to make an account, get your domain, download their client for free. put there your domain\host. start the client, start the server you're done.
example for an no-ip address: hotelminecraftil.zapto.org (my server)

We can't really make you one, either you go to a website to pay to get plugins. Or go to minecraft.net downloads, server.jar then download hammachi or port forward its hard. Look it up on youtube.
