Need server banner!

I would love it if somebody could make me a good animated .gif banner for my server voting sites. It needs to mention PvP/Raiding/Factions/McMmo and maybe obsidian destruct, obviously the ip: mc.novocraft.net as well. If you want to get a hint of what my server is just go to my profile and go to my servers. As for any rewards, depending on how much I like it maybe we can work something out.
