Need a simple Server plugin made.

I am completely oblivious to java or programming but I was hoping you guys could help me. I am looking for a plugin that makes it so when you kill somebody, they drop an item that was not in their inventory.

I am using a plugin called KeepItems which lets players keep their items upon death but I also want a plugin that gives the player who killed him a reward (i.e. Diamonds).
