Need A Skilled Animator [Willing To Pay]

I need a talented animator to help me create an animated trailer of my city for my server, I'm looking for an animator that can work with rigs that involve mouths and eyes, also need a MC-looking guitar, as the trailer for the city involves a bard singing and playing "The Emperor Comes" (cover of Skyrim's "The Dragonborn Comes") and showing the Emperor at his throne, and other daily activities of a city life, along with allusions to battles that have been won because of the Emperor, hence "Beware, beware, the Emperor comes"

The whole thing is to show the might of the city, and the empire itself, that all other nations should fear, as the Emperor has come.
