What type of plugin: A plugin that converts real angles and lengths from google earth into minecraft and is done with a /angle <reference point> <length> <angle> (Sounds confusing I know but it would be done with a tangent equation)

what type of plugin: Scatter chest in a selected area with a custom message when the chest scatter. (Can't edit the terrain) Example - Chest Scatter around in a selected area sort of like hunger games. But the chests have items that con be configured via the config file. When the chest scatter it has to say a custom message also made so its edited via config. Hope its not too much.

Hello, I'm in need of a plugin that you can bind commands to tools (Right clicking). This will bind it to EVERYBODYS tool.

Example

/bind (COMMAND)

Will bind the command to the tool which is in the players hand, everybody who then gets/spawns/crafts that item can right click the item and it will do the command.

What type of plugin: A basic plugin where players with the required permission to run this command /skyblue
What /skyblue does is it gives the enchant effects on the tool/weapon the player is holding in his hand without enchanting it. If you could please add a permission node to it so only users/groups with the permission node can do it would be helpful. Thanks

What type of plugin: One in which I can set a specific area (maybe using worldEdit) I can use a command that will slowly break random blocks. People would stand on it and survive for as long as they can! Don't know how easy it is to make though :/
