★ I need help with a custom plugin ★
Hi! I've been wanting to make my server it's own private plugin, but unfortunately I can't make this heavy of one. I need someone/some people to help me out.

Name: The plugin is named Vortura.
What all is in this plugin?: I want a various amount of commands and abilities, along with permissions of some of them.
( * is when there is more information about it, on the bottom )
1) /hub { Teleport to a specified location in a specified world. *
2) /lobby create (name) { Creates a "lobby" where you are standing, and when you do /lobby [name] it teleports to that specified location in that specified world. PERMISSION NODE this is just for /lobby create vortura.lobby
3) /forums { Show on screen, for ONLY THAT PLAYER: http://www.vortura.net *
4) /shop { Show on screen, for ONLY THAT PLAYER: http://www.shop.vortura.net *
5) /firework { A large, red firework gets shot in the air where the player was standing when they did that command. PERMISSION NODE = vortura.firework
6) Make it so when someone right clicks an Eye of Ender, all the players vanish to only that player. And if they right-click it again, they show up again.
7) /staff lists all online players with the PERMISSION NODE of vortura.staff to only the player who executes the command. *
8) I would like it so that enter and exit message[ player123 has joined the game ] are disabled.
- I would like an editable config file.
1) Make it so the coordinates and world can be changed in the config.
3) Make it so the website/text that shows up and coloring can be changed.

7) Edit how the message comes up.
