I have started a small server, and don't have much time for it this time of year. I am needing someone who is an experienced OP/dev to install a few things and fix a few more. Wouldn't be too hard for anyone whose had a few years experience with hosting and such.

1. How experienced are you with Multicraft? I have used Multicraft in the past to configure and run servers. I can now run servers and administer them without a web panel.
2. Are you familar with Java? How familiar? I can tweak some things in code, but can't code very well. Not plugins, at least.
3. What is one of the more complicated things you could do with your skillset? I can use plugins to create unique features and optimize a server's needs. With my current server setup, I can install plugins without restarting the server, run automated scripts, and many other things.
