PMC rules forbid forum posts requesting money or rewards in exchange for a service, as far as I know. Or at least they did a few months ago. Pretty sure most of these are violations.. not sure
As long as they're not asking for money rewards in return, their posts are fine. Otherwise, it's most likely against PMC rules.
