Plugin developer needed

Hey there,
I'm searching for a Plugin developer wich can make me a small plugin for my Pixelmon server, The server Runs bukkit plugins With MCPC. I need a plugin wich allows me to give players the "rare" Pokemon They donated for, Currently you can't do that with pixelmon, only with /pokespawn but i'd like to make it automated with Buycraft. So maybe someone could make me a plugin wich Changes the Save files to give a pokemon to someones Pokemon Storage Computer. If the plugin is working i will be paying / give some donator perks
