Plugin/Mod Request

Hi, I need a PLugin, just like factions, but it only has two groups that you can join:
for example Devils and angels, when you start, and that you cant leave the groups either. If someone could make it I really appreciate it

Or if someone could edit the factions plugin, so no one can make factions or leave factions!!
