Plugin Needing Made (Will pay for it)

I will pay whoever can develop this plugin for my server. You can post however much you charge as a reply to this thread. I tried to be as detailed as possible in describing this.

Name of Plugin: TGPlots

Commands:

/plot add [playername] - Adds a player to the WG you are standing on if you are the owner of the WG. The player is added as a member to the WorldGuard.
/plot remove [playername] - Remove a player from the WG you are standning on if your are the owner of the WG. The player is removed as a member .
/plot reload - Reloads the plugin
/plot help - Shows all commands
/plot reset [RegionName] - Clears all Owners and Members from a WorldGuard
/plot search [TimeInDays] - Does a search on all plots for owners that have been offline for greater than that number of days and give a list of the Region Names.
/plot teleport [RegionName] - Teleport to a region.

Permissions:

plot.add.player Gives permission to do "/plot add [playername]"
plot.remove.player Gives permission to do "/plot remove [playername]"e
plot.region.reset Gives permission to do "/plot reset [RegionName]"
plot.teleport Gives permission to do "/plot teleport [RegionName]"
plot.search Gives permission to do "/plot search [TimeInDays]"
plot.region.[NumberOfPlotsPerWorld] Defines how many plots a user may have per world.
plot.region.infinite Allows the user to have infinite plots per world
plot.region.create Allows user to create a Plot Sign

Plot Signs:

(A user creates the unclaimed plot sign to register a plot. Requires permission plot.region.create)
Unclaimed Plot:

Claimed Plot:
Line 1 [TGPlots]
Line 2 Taken
Line 3 RegionNameHere

Features:

Limits the amount of plots a user may have by the permission "plots.region.[NumberOfPlotsPerWorld]".
Allows user only one plot per town.
Allows users to add and remove other users as members to their plots.
Owners of the plot may add new users to the plot, members of the plot cannot.
Does a search on all plots for owners that have been offline for greater than that number of days and give a list of the Region Names.
Teleport to regions just by typing the "/plot teleport [RegionName]"

A user goes to a plot and double clicks the sign to claim it. If a user is within the allowed number of plots per town and world he is added as the Owner of the WorldGuard and the sign changes to the "Claimed Plot" sign.

This uses a lot of commands from the Plot Manager plugin (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/plotmanager/) and a lot of the concept is the same.
