I Need This To Hook Into WorldGuard So It Will Work A Bit Like SimpleMarketRegions Does. This NEEDS To Hook Into World Guard But Could Maybe Also Hook Into SMR If Needs Be.
I'll Happily Give You A Donor Rank On The Server It Will Be Used On Or Pay A Fee For This Plugin To Be Made.
