Bukkit Plugin Request - Friends+

Friends+ is a plugin that manages friends in a really fun and simple way!
I hope this gets made!
What does the plugin do:
The main command is: /friends
That command opens up a GUI that's fully configurable. In the GUI (1 Row).
Allows you to run commands when both friends are on and one does something.
1st Item: Apple. Clicking on the apple displays your friends. It opens a different GUI that is 6 rows long. On the last row there is a redstone block, if you click it, it takes you to the main menu. There is also an arrow on the last row, if you click it, it will take you onto the next page if you have THAT many friends.
5nd Item: Red Wool. Clicking on the red wool will allow you to remove friends. It shows the same thing as above, except clicking on a friend removes him.
9rd Item: Painting. Clicking on this item allows you to change your 'Friend Icon'. This is the item that will appear in a friend list under your name. In the config file you can make people pay for specific 'Friend Icon's'.
To invite someone use this command:
Command: /friend invite <PlayerNameMUST BE ONLINE>
The player you want to invite MUST BE ONLINE. Then the player has 120 seconds to type: /friend accept <Playername>

/friend decline <Playername
