Plugin to run a command when a certain player joins?

Does anyone know of a plugin that can run a command when a player joins the server? I could really use one. So lets say that you give a player creative mode to do something on your server, but then they leave while they are still in creative, but you don't want them to continue having it when they come back on and you don't want to wait for them, so you go into this plugin and set it to run the command to set that player into survival again as soon as he joins the server. Can anyone make this plugin for me or know of any plugin that can do this? Thanks a lot!
