I'll soon have a project for you to render, i'm building a little ship called HMS Victory, but scaled 3 times up, and im almost finish. So i'll soon need some renders wehn i'm going to post it on the site.
I assume you are using blender? have also played in blender and sketchup back in time and have many unfinished projects. I just know that the blender viewport can be real laggy with larger landschapes, and i have a Titan X.
Do you have any skills in rendering large scenes, we could use a render guy on the Jurassic Rebuild team btw, but it can wait to later.

I actually use Mine-imator to take the screenshots. I did try my hand at Blender, but had no luck (it was a while back, I dunno if I could work it out now). But the results in Mine-imator seem to come out just as good, especially with the new update.
As for the experience question, thats the main reason I opened requests - to practice. I love seeing the end result and I'm still fairly new (especially with the new updated version, everything is nicer but a bit more complex).
