Request: Current skin given a Halloween theme?

Hello, I'm looking for an experienced skinner to give the skin linked below a Halloween look. I have two ideas for it: either a ghostified version of it, or possibly just Halloween theme clothes instead of the current ones. Unfortunately, I have no way in paying the person back, but I would be extremely grateful if someone completed this request <3.
