Request for a texture pack
Request for a zombie variants resource pack
Hello everybody! I'm making a zombie apocalypse modpack, and it's nearly complete; however, the vanilla zombie just does not fit in with the rest of the pack. I tried to find a preexisting one, but they were either vanilla-like and too goofy/derpy, or perfect but too gory, like Tissou's Zombie Pack (TZP). I'm wondering if anybody is willing to make a pack with multiple variants of zombies. I cannot afford to pay but will credit the creator(s) in the modpack description. I plan on making a video for my small YouTube channel in the future, and it is for commercial use. In addition, I will also credit the creator(s) in the video description as well as in the video itself, and not just the end, but in a section near the beginning when viewers are most likely to still be watching. Feel free to contact people to help if you are willing to do this massive task. If you know anybody that can help, please forward this to them
The style of this resource pack should be similar to that of TZP
The zombies should use the standard dark charcoal grey eyes with the same shape and position as the default zombie
The pack should contain no blood or gore
Zombies should appear to be extremely desaturated olive to desaturated bluish green. I will include some references.
Zombies should be dressed in normal clothing, nothing flashy or aberrant.
Zombies should have minor tears and stains in the clothing to simulate wear, but not in any regions that could be deemed inappropriate.
Zombies should be split between both male and female genders, leaning toward the mostly male side to go with the tradition of mostly male zombies like in other packs.
Zombies should have many variants so that you do not often run into two of the same texture within close time frames
The pack should include zombies, husks, and drowned. Zombie horses and zombie villagers are optional, as they are disabled in the modpack config.
The zombies should not show teeth; that's too silly.
There should ideally be 30-50 variants of zombie, as well as 20-50 variants of husk and drowned.
Custom sounds are optional, as one thing I can do myself is sound design. If you do choose to make custom sounds, they should be of medium-to low pitch, similar to that of the default zombie. There should not be sounds that make the zombies sound silly, like those in Left4Dead (I think that's the one).
The zombies should not have equipment textured onto thier body unless it is something like a rucksack or belt. So no swords or guns.
Drowned should really just be regular zombies, but with bluer skin that is slightly more saturated and have brown or green clothing. And they can have glowing eyes of a pale blue green or yellow color, but not anything else. No parks, but the eyes should glow.
Husks should have dark, desaturated brown skin and wear khaki and tan clothing.
All types (zombie, husk, drowned) should be fully clothed and should never wear tank tops or shorts. It messes with the immersion.
All types and variants should ideally wear long-sleeve shirts, t-shirts, coats, vests over other shirts, jeans, cargo pants, boots, shoes, high-tops, and overalls (for fishermen drowned). Feel free to mix and match from this list or similar articles of clothing.
No bright colors, all colors should be desaturated.
Variants should come in all ages, ranging from young adults to the elderly.
NO SANDALS.
Hats are allowed, but not ones that stand out. Caps, trucker hats, parkas, raccoon hats, woodsmen's hats, beanies without pom-poms, and similar are permitted but not required.
All variants must be high quality, no blob skins and no shading nonsense.
Only one variant similar to a default skin is permitted, and that one is Steve. I do not mean to make life harder, I just don't like zombie variants of the default skins.
That's all! Anyone who does this will be greatly appreciated. Feel free to work together, if you have any questions, just comment. The same goes for links to finished packs. Thank you!

This sounds like an incredible concept for a zombie apocalypse modpack! Finding that perfect balance between immersive, desaturated realism and
keeping it safe for a broader YouTube audience (without over-the-top gore) is a tough challenge, but it will make your project stand out. Building out 30-50 high-quality variants with that level of specific clothing detail is definitely a massive undertaking for a texture artist, so hopefully some creators in the community hook you up or collaborate on it. While you are focusing heavily on the aesthetics of your custom variants like making sure they have realistic features, proper clothing textures, and zero silly teeth showing don't forget about the real-world maintenance that keeps our own real-life smiles looking healthy! Sitting in front of a screen for hours doing intensive modpack configuration, coding, and video editing can easily disrupt your daily routine. If you find yourself losing track of time during long development sessions, it's always a good idea to look into comprehensive teeth scaling tucson care to keep your checkups on track and prevent any real-world health issues from delaying your launch schedule. Good luck with the texture pack search and the YouTube channel deployment! I look forward to seeing the final video showcase when the modpack drops.
