I created a very basic template. Tell me anything you want me to add to the basic design, and also I would like the list of voting links. I may add a logo of the website with it. But, locating the server on the website would be trouble for a person to do, or even type in a long link. Writing the whole link will make the design ugly too. So I suggest making this like a signature with what is on the server rather than voting links. Up to you!
