Requesting A skin

Hello. Recently, I have been looking at other skins, and I found that there are no skins like the one I was looking for. So, I was hopping that someone would make a skin for me. I am looking for a skin with an Otter head and either A Batman or Azrael body. If anyone can help me, please relpy
