Server Banner?

hi, My friends and I own a MC server, and we've tried to make a good banner but have failed... Our server is The "Zurinthia Network" and our servers are Factions, Parkour Blitz, Kit PvP, and Zombies. If anyone would like to make an animated banner that would be great...we might pay depending on how good of a banner / animation it is... plz put examples of ytour work in the comments, THX!
