[REQUEST] Server Banner

I recently started a server with a friend and we need a banner for our server. We don't have much money, but I'm willing to credit you in our posts. I would like something with a white and cyan wool background saying "Hurricane MC" on the left, and underneath it "hc-mc.us.to:25714". I would like the text on the right to say:
TnT Wars (With a TnT)
Kit PvP (With an iron sword)
Factions (With an obsidian)
Survival / RPG (With a grass block)
And Much More... (With a diamond)
Also, we keep adding more games, so if you could PM me the file that would be nice as we keep adding more games (I have photoshop CS6 and after effects CS6 but I just don't know how to use them =P)
