Server Spawn Request.

Hello i would like to thank whoever read's this ahead of time. Ill make my request short and simple
I have a issue where if i build something it take's me a whole 10 minutes to be like i Screwed it up and restart...... this would be great for perfection if the only thing my server needed before i make it public is a spawn....
What im looking for
- spawn
- Shop * no need for sign's just need a design Including Nether , Food , Mobspawner , building Blocks , home essentials , wood , Precious Block's , a ATM for the plugin Time Is Money , redstone , enchantment , spell shop * magic Spells plugin * , Potion's and , any other shop's you could think of needing. *
- Donator hall * include's donator's and rank's currently 9 *
- Staff hall
- Plugin Usage area * for 8 plugin's *
- Contest area * for building like pixel art *
- Portal room
- Have a nice flow for a SMP server.

P.S. Sadly money is tight for me being 16 and only working summer's but if you can think of a way i could pay you a reasonable amount or in another service please let me know
