Uhm, I don't know what you mean man. I mean it all depends on the theme you are going for, just picture something you want to build. If you can't think of something, just start building and your brain will catch up. It all depends on the type of server as well.

Hey rocky, I am building a medieval spawn city, the spawn is going to quite large, and I need a little help. My skype is racinggamerfail if you want to contact me about it
Me, I am going to create a server soon. I need a spawn. Can you make it extremely big, and majestic. It has to be like a garden theme. Not too many plants and trees though. Make gates ( these will be used for my server portals. ) and also include a big box kind of like a text box. I will put the name of the server there. Can there be at least 8 gates thanks!
