Why would you need creative? You would only need /fly and than put yourself into f1.
1. Huh? I don't see anyone mentioning Creative Mode before you.
2. There is no /fly command, except on non-vanilla servers. Are you assuming that every server that wants a trailer uses non-vanilla server software?
