You can do that easily on that website's skin editor. There's a button at the top of the editor, enable it, select your color, and just draw.
Just don't post it here, that website's against PMC rules.

Actually...there's nothing really stopping you from posting minershoes skins here, or any of the online skin editors really. As long as you make the skin 100% yourself...it doesn't really matter. Though, you may not want to say that you made your skin on one of those sites lol. Not saying I use them, I prefer MCSkin3D.
