SKIN?!?!

Hello everyone! My name is XeroButter! I would like to know if someone could make me a skin? I would really like a new one as mine is very suckish. If you could make me one I really would love it! I would Like two zero"s on the front and one on the back. The rest can be whatever you would like to be and preferably the eyes be hazel! Thanks to whoever can help.
