Skin needed

I need a skin. I'm tired of using skins I find on here. Nice as they are, I'd like something that truly fits me. I'd prefer a more feminine cat boy if at all possible, because I love anime traps and want my skin to be one, with yellow clothing, maybe a maid outfit or so, and maybe a dark brown or black hair and baby blue eyes. I like nekos and I like yellow and baby blue the most as far as colors go. I'd also like the skin to have a bell collar as well. That would be pretty cool. Thanks for anyone who takes time to read this and make me a skin.
