Skinning Help!!

Hi! I am a YouTuber named Lizardman449 and I need some help making myself a skin. I am HORRIBLE at making a skin and I would like a custom skin for my YouTube.

I want something like ASFJerome's skin where the lizard has a tux and some other cool things. And if you have another idea, please go ahead and make it with some cool features. I just want the base to be a lizard of some kind (I AM Lizardman after all). If I choose your skin I WILL be showing it on YouTube!
