Small highlighter plugin.

So I am in need of a simple plugin were if someone says your IGN in chat, the receiver will get their IGN highlighted. And then after the IGN the text will go back to the normal color. Also, the highlighted IGN will only be printed out to that designated player.

Other info: I know there are some plugins that do this. But the highlighted IGN will be printed out to everyone online and not just that designated player.
