Twitch Layout

Hello,
I am in need of a Layout for my Twitch Account. I want it for Every game, not just for like League of Legends, WoW, etc. I am unable to Pay you, so whatever you make will be out of the Kindness of your Heart, but i would be Happy to give you Credit for your Work.
Layout - My Layout needs to consist of the Following:
- Feature Aspects of Wolf
- Be Usable for Any game i play
- Have a Duplicate for when i choose to use my Webcam, put up my Donations, and Subscribers/Followers. (Leave the Spot for Subscribers/Followers Blank and i will Add in the stuff as needed)
- Needs to have a Spot for the Following:
1.) Twitch / Facebook / Twitter
Overlay - A good design, make the inside a Texture Grey, and the Outline Silver or White. Then put my name xX_Skylance_Xx in the Center of it, and make the Name stand out with a Color that Pops. (Anything but Green/Red)
