Well I honestly didn't have very much information to go with, other than simplistic and basic. So I made two versions of a simple design, the first version has a full black background with the text on the inside White and a light grey border around the text.
The second version has transparent letters, so that if the logo is placed on a webpage, the text will appear as whatever the background is. ie: If the logo is placed on a red background, the letters will become red.
I apologize if these are not what you wanted, however I didn't feel as if I had enough information to create something truly identifying towards UForge.

Hello Nildrak, I am very happy with the logo you have made us. I may not have given you very much information, which I am sorry about, but you have done a great job. uForge will now be able to become a lot more of a professional game development team now, thanks to you. Once again, thank you.

So to clarify; do you want a rather simple logo which symbolizes what your group is? Or do you want something complex with a lot of hidden meaning behind it?
I want a simple, but effective logo, which works with and without colour. I want it to symbolise what my group is.
Here it is xD If you want a different one just say

EDIT: Erm... You haven't made it transparent. If it isn't transparent, how will I properly embed it onto a site. (Not trying to be mean)
