Hi,
I'm a hobbyist web designer and developer. Since I do not have anything to do right now and I would like to increase my portfolio of good websites, I'm willing to create you a website for free and even set you up on a reliable free host (posting the name would be advertising, I think).
If you would like a website for something that you are doing, maybe a server site, maybe a personal website acting as a portfolio or a blog for your creations. This is a good opportunity to get it the way you want. Otherwise you could go on enjin or Wix, use one of their unoriginal, tacky templates to make people scream when they look at your creations. There are so many badly designed websites out there, this is a chance for yours to stand out from all the junk. I am at a stage where I can create pretty much anything you could want. Of course if you get carried away I won't be able to do it for free, but you won't... I hope.
Things I've done before include simple websites for servers, small forums, blogs and just your average web pages. However, I have a strong programming background in over 6 languages (2 of each I use to create your websites) and I'm up to date on all HTML and CSS (not to be confused with programming languages).

Free hosts are not really reliable for customization, but even if you created their website, they could take the job of getting a host.
